About the role

The Industrial Planning Manager will report to the central Supply Chain Directorate and become part of a dedicated team that includes Stock & Work‑in‑Progress Managers, a PIC Coordinator and a Capacity Manager. This position is responsible for overseeing the alignment of industrial and commercial planning processes.

Key responsibilities

Lead and coordinate the Industrial and Commercial Planning process.
Collaborate closely with Stock & Work‑in‑Progress managers to ensure accurate inventory visibility.
Work with the PIC Coordinator to synchronize production schedules with demand forecasts.
Partner with the Capacity Manager to balance production capacity against market requirements.

Required profile

Proven experience in industrial planning or production scheduling.
Strong understanding of supply chain dynamics.
Ability to work within a cross‑functional team.
