Responsable Logistique et Materiel (F/H)

About the role

The company is seeking a Logistics and Materials Manager (F/H) to take full responsibility for the management of its material fleet. The role involves ensuring that all equipment and supplies required for construction projects are available, correctly allocated and delivered on time.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the entire material fleet, keeping records of each item, scheduling maintenance and assigning equipment to the appropriate sites.
• Handle all inbound and outbound flows, including processing purchase orders, managing returns and coordinating transfers of material between locations.
• Receive, prepare and track orders of construction site materials, verifying quantities and ensuring proper documentation.
• Monitor stock levels continuously, update inventory data and coordinate transportation activities to avoid shortages.
• Plan and manage delivery schedules, aligning transport timetables with project timelines to guarantee timely arrival of goods.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in logistics, material handling or supply‑chain management, preferably in a construction or industrial environment.
• Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, suppliers and transport partners.
