About the role
The Accounting Team Leader will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients while overseeing the daily activities of an accounting team. This position combines client relationship management with team supervision to ensure high‑quality financial services.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and develop a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring timely and accurate accounting services.
- Supervise, coach, and support a team of approximately ten accounting collaborators.
- Monitor team performance and provide guidance to meet internal standards and client expectations.
- Coordinate follow‑up actions and ensure proper documentation of accounting processes.
Required profile
- Proven experience in accounting and financial reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a small accounting team.
- Strong client‑facing skills with a focus on service quality.
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
