Responsable d'Application Vault F/H

About the role

We are looking for a Responsable d'Application Vault (Vault Application Manager) to join the IT Direction of Hellowork. The role sits within the Operational Support team of the IS Engineering pole and is responsible for the applications deployed to our engineering offices. You will report to the IT Direction and work closely with engineering teams to ensure the Vault solution meets their operational needs.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full lifecycle of the Vault application, including configuration, deployment, routine maintenance and user access management.
• Provide day‑to‑day operational support to guarantee availability, performance and reliability of the Vault solution for engineering offices.
• Coordinate with internal IT groups to manage updates, incident resolution and service requests related to the application.
• Monitor application performance metrics and ensure compliance with internal security and governance policies.
• Document procedures, create knowledge‑base articles and contribute to continuous improvement of application management processes.

Required profile

• Background in IT with experience in application management or support.
• Ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented operational environment.
• Strong communication skills to interact with engineering offices and internal stakeholders.
• Proven capacity to handle multiple application support tasks simultaneously.
