Repair Technician – High‑Tech Products

About the role

Creaform is looking for a Repair Technician to join its Customer Service team. You will work on high‑technology products, diagnosing returned units, performing repairs, calibrations and tests, and contributing to product improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose problems on client‑returned units.
• Evaluate required repairs and communicate findings to Customer Service before submission.
• Perform repairs, calibrations and functional tests following established procedures and standards.
• Report irregularities to Customer Service and R&D to support product improvement.

Required profile

• Responsible, autonomous and punctual.
• Quality‑conscious with meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong team player, open‑minded and conscientious.
• Good foundation in English.

Required skills

• Product repair of high‑technology equipment.
• Equipment calibration.
• Diagnostic testing according to standards.
• Proficiency in English language.
