Remote Web Developer – AI Agent Evaluation

About the role

We are looking for a remote Web Developer to help design, evaluate, and improve autonomous AI agents across multiple large language models. The work focuses on coding, testing, and providing feedback to shape next‑generation agentic AI systems.

Key responsibilities

• Write clear evaluation rubrics and apply objective pass/fail criteria to AI agents.
• Debug agent execution traces, identify failure patterns, and stress‑test against edge cases, prompt injection and tool misuse.
• Assess production‑grade modular software architecture and analyse multi‑turn system interactions.
• Provide high‑density technical feedback to support LLM training.
• Complete onboarding tasks, upload required documents, and undertake flexible, paid assignments.

Required profile

• Proven experience in backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Track record of building and maintaining production‑grade software with modular separation of services.
• Strong command of at least two major programming languages and experience with SQL databases.
• Hands‑on experience delivering solutions in live, non‑mocked environments.
