Python Backend Engineer

About the role

Adomik is looking for a Python Backend Engineer to join its BUILD team. You will work on a key Model Context Protocol (MCP) project, collaborating daily with product managers, data engineers, and data scientists to deliver high‑quality, AI‑enhanced software for large‑scale AdTech analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Python backend services and RESTful APIs (FastAPI, Django, Flask).
• Build and improve internal tools, data pipelines, and platform components across multiple projects.
• Collaborate with the Product team to translate requirements into technical solutions and iterate based on feedback.
• Optimize existing code for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Share best development practices, contribute to technical documentation, and drive architectural improvements.

Required profile

• Strong interest in solving complex data problems at scale (10 TB+ daily).
• Curiosity and passion for AI‑assisted development using Claude Code.
• Commitment to delivering clean, well‑tested, and documented software.
