Project Manager Officer (PMO) – 18‑Month Fixed‑Term Role

About the role

Servier is seeking a Project Manager Officer (PMO) for an 18‑month fixed‑term mission within its Business Excellence department. Reporting to the Portfolio Director, you will define and champion best‑practice project management, governance and KPI reporting across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead industry alignment and deployment of PMO templates, tools and training.
• Maintain and continuously improve PMO standards, best practices and digital solutions for portfolio planning and reporting.
• Build a capability plan for the industry organization and drive process improvements that add value.
• Support PMO governance at the industry level to ensure goals, timelines and budgets are met.
• Deliver advanced project‑management training, coaching and clinics.
• Coordinate maturity assessments of PMO processes and manage action‑plan execution.
• Act as key user for digital PM tools, ensure high‑quality data reporting and manage required performance indicators.
• Collaborate with project leads for on‑time reporting and support strategic projects as needed.
• Participate actively in the Risk, Compliance and Resilience community.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in project management within a complex industrial environment.
• Strong ability to structure PMO processes, governance and KPI frameworks.
• Experience in up‑skilling project leads and acting as a liaison for risk and compliance matters.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.

Required skills

• Project Management methodology (e.g., PMBOK, PRINCE2).
• PMO governance and KPI reporting.
• Digital project‑management tools (experience with any enterprise PM platform).
• Risk, compliance and resilience management.
