Project Manager – Innovation & Lifecycle Management

About the role

Cooper Consumer Health is seeking a Project Manager to lead innovation and product lifecycle initiatives across its European consumer‑health portfolio. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams to bring new products, reformulations, packaging updates and discontinuations to market while ensuring compliance and alignment with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end innovation or geo‑expansion projects from business case approval through commercialization.
• Coordinate R&D, Marketing, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance and Commercial teams to meet project milestones and budgets.
• Manage the stage‑gate process, aggregate project data for management review, and monitor risks with mitigation plans.
• Oversee lifecycle activities such as tech transfer, reformulation, packaging/artwork changes and product discontinuations.
• Ensure all projects comply with CCHI governance methodology and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing cross‑functional projects in consumer health, pharma or related industries.
• Strong understanding of product development, regulatory affairs and supply‑chain considerations.
• Excellent organizational, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
