Project Manager – Fintech & Blockchain

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead high‑impact initiatives within a fast‑moving fintech and blockchain environment. You will own the full lifecycle of strategic internal and external projects, ensuring smooth execution, stakeholder alignment, and operational excellence. This role is remote‑first, offering the flexibility to collaborate with cross‑functional teams across product, engineering, and business functions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full lifecycle of multiple projects, from planning and execution to delivery and post‑launch evaluation.
• Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, risk management plans, and performance tracking processes.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams and stakeholders, facilitating effective communication throughout execution.
• Prepare and manage project documentation, technical materials, reports, and presentations.
• Monitor project quality, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Gather feedback, manage stakeholder expectations, and proactively address operational risks.
• Provide analytical insights, performance evaluations, and strategic recommendations.
• Drive continuous improvement by optimizing project management processes and best practices.

Required profile

• 5 to 8 years of experience managing technology or digital transformation projects in fast‑paced environments.
• Strong understanding of fintech, blockchain, cryptocurrency, or digital payment ecosystems.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Solid knowledge of project management methodologies, frameworks, and operational best practices.
• Analytical mindset focused on process optimization, risk management, and continuous improvement.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams and deliver projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• PMI certification or other recognized project‑management certifications are a plus.
