Product Manager – Discovery & Innovation

About the role

Riot is building a platform that makes cybersecurity awareness fun and effective, delivering short chat‑based courses and safe phishing simulations. As a Product Manager you will lead discovery, innovation and business impact for new product concepts, owning the product from idea to market.

Key responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy and roadmap, exploring bold opportunities.
• Lead continuous discovery: conduct user interviews, market research, hypothesis testing, prototyping and validation.
• Shape go‑to‑market plans, including pricing, positioning and sales enablement.
• Translate validated concepts into outcome‑driven initiatives and collaborate with engineering and design.
• Own business outcomes, measuring adoption and revenue impact.

Required profile

• 2‑10 years of experience in fast‑paced growth environments.
• Strong discovery instincts and comfort with ambiguity.
• Ability to balance creativity, intuition and data‑driven decision making.
• Business‑oriented mindset with interest in value creation and monetisation.
• High ownership, autonomy and ability to work cross‑functionally.
