People Operations Advisor – French Speaker

About the role

Join Maersk’s People Partnering Organization as a People Operations Advisor supporting French‑speaking employees and managers. You will be the first point of contact for HR queries, ensuring a smooth and positive employee experience across the APMM brands.

Key responsibilities

• Answer employee and manager inquiries on compensation, benefits, performance, leave, payroll and HR applications.
• Provide support through HR case management, phone, email and live chat channels.
• Guide users in Workday and other self‑service tools, promoting adoption of the employee HR portal.
• Maintain HR data quality and execute transactions in Workday and related systems.
• Collaborate with People Partners and functional specialists to resolve complex issues.
• Prepare and manage HR documentation, onboarding and off‑boarding processes.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives to simplify and standardise HR workflows.
• Deliver high levels of employee satisfaction, accuracy and timeliness.

Required profile

• Customer‑oriented mindset with a passion for employee experience.
• High energy, strong drive and efficiency in handling queries.
• Excellent communication skills in French and English.

Required skills

• Workday (HRIS) proficiency.
