Partnership Manager – Accountant Sector

About the role

Alan is building the new standard in prevention insurance and needs a Partnership Manager to grow its Accountant Partnerships in France. You will turn accounting firms into long‑term partners and advocates, helping them recommend Alan’s health‑insurance and payroll solutions to their clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prioritize and develop relationships with high‑potential accounting firms and networks across France.
• Lead partnership discussions, onboarding and launch, ensuring mutual value creation.
• Design and execute engagement plans, support partner enablement, and collaborate with Sales to convert recommendations into qualified opportunities.
• Monitor partner performance, share insights with internal teams, and contribute to scalable playbooks, tools and processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in partnership, business development or sales roles, preferably within the accounting or professional services ecosystem.
• Strong ability to build trust with external partners and influence internal stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a results‑oriented mindset.
