Paid Media Consultant (SEA/SMA)

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Paid Media Consultant to join our fast‑growing international team. You will work with high‑end brands across the US and EU, designing and optimizing sophisticated paid‑media campaigns while acting as a trusted strategic advisor.

Key responsibilities

• Strategic consulting: translate client objectives into multi‑channel paid‑media roadmaps, allocate budgets, define KPIs and collaborate with SEO, creative and data teams.
• Client relationship management: manage a portfolio of enterprise and high‑growth clients, maintain senior‑level relationships, and deliver clear performance insights.
• Campaign management & optimization: oversee end‑to‑end execution of large‑scale campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, programmatic and native platforms; drive targeting, bidding and segmentation strategies.
• Team leadership & mentorship: contribute to internal processes, methodologies and training programs for the paid‑media team.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of paid‑media experience with a proven track record on international accounts.
• Fluent French and professional English.
• Experience managing large budgets (≥ €1 M) and delivering measurable ROI.
• Strong client‑facing and communication skills.
