Organizational Change Manager – Global ERP Rollout (Paris)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Organizational Change Manager to lead a major international ERP rollout for a global finance and technology transformation program based in Paris. The role will guide stakeholders through every phase of change, ensuring readiness and adoption across multiple countries.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, support and advise stakeholders throughout the transformation lifecycle.
• Design and deploy a global change toolkit tailored to diverse geographies.
• Build executive sponsorship and foster change readiness across business units.
• Coordinate change activities across countries and functional areas.
• Monitor, measure and report progress of the change journey.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in change management and large‑scale IT solution deployments.
• Strong management experience with excellent communication skills in French and English.
• Background in management consulting, business transformation or consulting leadership.
• Hands‑on experience delivering change projects across multiple countries.
