Operations Manager – Airport Operations (Roissy CDG)

About the role

Air Canada is seeking an Operations Manager to lead daily airport operations at Roissy CDG. You will ensure safe, secure, and customer‑focused service while supporting the Manager of Airport Operations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise all station activities, both above and below the wing, and ensure compliance with SMS and regulatory authorities.
• Promote safety, report incidents promptly, and coordinate audits with corrective actions.
• Monitor performance metrics (OTP, PAWOB, Overcatering) and implement improvements.
• Handle irregular operations (delays, cancellations, denied boarding) and keep customers informed.
• Conduct training workshops for handling agents and new staff.
• Perform daily ATW audits using IAuditor and coordinate with SOC, Dispatch, Flight Ops, and Crew Scheduling.
• Maintain communication with handling agents, Star Alliance partners, and airport authorities.
• Represent Air Canada in meetings, SAAT sessions, and emergency response planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience, preferably in the airline industry.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong ability to work shifts, weekends, holidays, and beyond scheduled hours.
