Multilingual Customer Care Associate

About the role

Join Choco, a fast‑growing SaaS company transforming the food supply chain. As a Multilingual Customer Care Associate you will own end‑to‑end issue resolution for distributors across French and Spanish‑speaking markets, ensuring smooth order flow and high satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Own customer issues from first contact through resolution, handling order errors, blocked accounts and product problems.
• Build and deliver fast, reliable support workflows used daily by distributors.
• Identify recurring patterns, drive root‑cause fixes and improve overall support quality.
• Escalate and coordinate with internal teams when needed, maintaining high‑quality service standards.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in customer support or operations within fast‑paced, tech‑enabled environments.
• Strong judgment in prioritisation, real‑time problem solving and accountability for outcomes.
• Fluency in French, Spanish and English (C1+ written and spoken).
