Merchandising & Buying Internship – Women/Men Retail EMEI

About the role

This six‑month internship, starting in July, supports the Women or Men Retail EMEI Merchandising & Buying team at Christian Louboutin. You will work closely with buying, merchandising, visual merchandising and store teams to help drive collection performance across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse business and competitive data to propose actions that improve collection performance.
• Support buying sessions: prepare performance analyses, assist with product selection, conduct assortment reviews and enter orders.
• Manage store requests, stock consolidations and daily allocations to maximise sell‑through.
• Conduct competitive analysis on targeted topics and update delivery reports.
• Assist with event and store opening needs, including product launches and replenishments.
• For the Men’s team, support Beauty & Eyewear buying and replenishment activities.

Required profile

• BAC+5/Master level in Business or Engineering.
• First experience in retail or merchandising is a plus.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Strong analytical mindset and high energy.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
