Media Designer – Visual & Motion Design

About the role

We are looking for a talented Media Designer to create high‑impact visual assets across all of our digital touchpoints. You will work closely with product, marketing and leadership teams to deliver designs that are both beautiful and performance‑driven, while leveraging AI tools to accelerate creativity.

Key responsibilities

• Produce exceptional visual assets for paid and organic social, product visuals, branding materials, and presentation decks.
• Own the quality of each deliverable from brief through final output, ensuring fast shipping without compromising standards.
• Develop deep expertise in your primary discipline—motion, graphic design, illustration—or expand across adjacent areas.
• Utilise AI‑powered design tools to generate concepts, explore visual directions quickly, and streamline production workflows.
• Manage a high volume of work across multiple projects, making smart trade‑offs between craftsmanship and urgency.
• Apply business awareness to understand the purpose, audience and success metrics of each piece, shaping design decisions strategically.
• Proactively identify gaps, propose ideas and take initiative to create impactful creative solutions.
