Médecin Coordonnateur (H/F)

About the role

We are seeking a qualified physician to serve as a Medical Coordinator (H/F) for a private EHPAD located in Laval. This permanent position (0.7 FTE) involves leading the implementation of the facility’s overall care strategy and ensuring it aligns with the establishment’s objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the general care project in collaboration with the nursing manager and in coherence with the establishment’s mission.
• Participate in the development, monitoring, and continuous improvement of clinical protocols and quality initiatives.
• Coordinate medical activities across the facility, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Support nursing staff and other healthcare professionals in delivering high‑quality geriatric care.

Required profile

• Medical degree with valid physician registration.
• Experience in elderly care or nursing‑home environments.
• Strong collaborative abilities to work effectively with nursing staff and management.

Required skills

• Knowledge of geriatric medicine and care pathways.
• Familiarity with French healthcare regulations for long‑term care facilities.
