Mass Account Manager – TikTok Shop (France)

About the role

The Merchant Growth team at TikTok Shop is looking for a Mass Account Manager to lead the incubation journey for high‑potential sellers across France. You will design outreach programs, drive growth work‑streams and empower merchants to scale their e‑commerce businesses on the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end incubation operations for high‑potential partners, covering onboarding, launch planning, performance acceleration and ongoing success.
• Own strategy and execution to increase active sales partners, develop lifecycle incubation plans and optimise growth levers through proof‑of‑concept initiatives.
• Act as the primary contact for senior and cross‑functional stakeholders, steering strategic discussions and aligning priorities.
• Identify scalable growth opportunities and roll out programs such as video/LIVE challenges, email campaigns and enablement initiatives.
• Conduct deep‑dive analyses to understand partner segments, diagnose performance blockers and translate insights into product and process improvements.
• Design and manage partner communication channels to run mass account management activities, including forecasting, troubleshooting and education.
• Document and share learnings to establish best practices and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with at least 3 years of experience in mass account management or partner incubation.
• Proven track record of managing hundreds of partners at scale.
• Fluent in English and French with strong understanding of e‑commerce market trends.
• Strong analytical skills and business judgment, able to turn complex data into clear opportunities.
• Results‑driven with strong ownership and accountability.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency, including complex formulas (XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, INDEX‑MATCH, IF/IFS, SUMIFS/COUNTIFS) and handling large datasets.
