Marketing Programs Manager Europe

About the role

SomnoMed, a global leader in obstructive sleep apnea treatment, is building a new European marketing model. As the Marketing Programs Manager Europe you will coordinate pan‑European programs and act as the dedicated marketing partner for the fast‑growing French market.

Key responsibilities

• Own the European marketing calendar for congresses, events and the SomnoMed Academy, delivering measurable outcomes.
• Manage all event logistics – venue sourcing, stand bookings, speaker and delegate coordination, on‑site delivery and budget control.
• Maintain vendor relationships and ensure all marketing materials are compliant, up‑to‑date and localized for each European market.
• Serve as the day‑to‑day marketing partner for the French sales team, handling campaigns, field marketing, events and local communications.
• Plan and execute every congress, event and Academy session in France from inception to on‑site execution.
• Build and nurture relationships with KOLs, sleep clinicians, dentists, ENT specialists and GPs.
• Coordinate newsletters, email campaigns and digital content with Demand Generation Specialists.
• Support Salesforce CRM administration, sales meeting organization and KPI‑based program reporting.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, event coordination, program management or marketing operations, preferably in medical devices, healthcare, dental or life sciences.
• Fluent French (C2) and strong English (C1) communication skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and influence cross‑functional teams.
