Legal Counsel – Development Operations (6‑9 month fixed term)

About the role

Accor is seeking a Legal Counsel to support its Development Operations team on a 6‑9‑month fixed‑term contract. Reporting to the VP Legal France Benelux Switzerland & North Africa, you will work on hotel management and franchise contracts across France, the Benelux region, Switzerland and North Africa.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate NDAs, MOUs, hotel management, franchise and consultancy agreements.
• Provide legal advice in French and English to development, operations, finance and other internal teams.
• Handle corporate secretarial matters and inter‑company agreements for Accor affiliates in North Africa.
• Coordinate pre‑litigation and litigation matters with local law firms.
• Monitor legislative changes and produce template agreements.

Required profile

• Law degree or equivalent legal executive qualification.
• At least 4 years of commercial legal experience in a reputable law firm or in‑house department.
• Strong knowledge of business, contract and corporate law, preferably in the hospitality sector.
• Fluent in French and English (business level).
