Lean Construction Manager – Production Control for Data Centre

About the role

We are seeking a Lean Construction Manager to join a leading European engineering contractor on a high‑profile data‑centre project in Paris. Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you will ensure that construction activities are executed safely, on schedule, and within budget by driving production control and collaborative planning.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret and monitor detailed project schedules, milestones and deliverables, flagging variances early.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and internal teams to secure resources and maintain timely execution.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports covering % completion, schedule performance and cost variance.
• Verify that all works comply with health‑and‑safety standards, permitting requirements and company quality procedures.
• Lead Daily Alignment Briefings (DABs) and collaborative planning meetings, providing guidance to project teams.
• Assist in budget management, validate subcontractor invoicing and support procurement to ensure material availability.
• Identify bottlenecks in production workflows and propose continuous‑improvement actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of experience on large‑scale construction projects, preferably data‑centre or infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of collaborative planning and schedule control.
