Key Lead – Retail Floor Supervisor (Rennes)

About the role

The Key Lead ensures every customer enjoys a high‑quality in‑store experience. Acting as the floor supervisor, you will guide and coach Brand Representatives and Stock Associates while keeping store operations running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines, including cash handling and register management.
• Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems and process omni‑channel orders.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and build attractive product displays.
• Analyze sales and operational reports to support decision‑making.
• Conduct inventory control and protect store assets.
• Represent the brand, embody company culture, and drive daily sales targets.

Required profile

• Previous experience in retail floor supervision or a similar leadership role.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with a focus on delivering a premium experience.
• Ability to coach and develop team members to achieve performance goals.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Required skills
