About the role

As a Junior Talent Acquisition Partner you will support Stellantis in attracting talent for its transformation across multiple functions. This learning‑focused position is ideal for someone beginning a career in recruitment and eager to work within a multinational automotive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and activity domains.
• Publish job descriptions on internal systems and external job boards.
• Screen CVs, schedule first‑round interviews and coordinate interview logistics.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the Workday ATS.
• Provide status updates and logistical information to candidates.
• Assist sourcing efforts for early‑career software, engineering, and data talent.
• Support campus outreach, job fairs and employer branding initiatives.
• Track and analyse talent acquisition KPIs to improve the candidate experience.

Required profile

• Basic understanding or strong interest in the automotive sector.
• Comfortable using digital tools, spreadsheets and scheduling systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong communication abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with local and international teams.
• Self‑driven, accountable and able to work autonomously.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• 1–2 years of experience through internships, apprenticeships or entry‑level roles in recruitment or HR.
