Junior Project Manager - Sport Travel

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to support our Destination Sport division, delivering logistics solutions for professional sports teams and events. The role is remote but requires the candidate to be based in France and travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the existing team in planning and delivering football and other sports operations both onsite and offsite.
• Maintain and grow relationships with key clients and manage supplier contracts throughout the year.
• Identify and onboard new suppliers and partners to enhance service value.
• Manage project budgets, perform post‑event financial reconciliation and handle invoicing using the internal ARENA tool.
• Prepare proposals and presentations for upcoming operations.
• Coordinate travel, accommodation, ground transport, customs assistance and VIP services for teams and their entourages.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sports logistics, tourism or event management.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Strong negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to work independently, multitask and meet tight deadlines.
• Relevant degree in tourism, business administration, marketing or event management is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
