Junior Data Analyst (Hybrid, Paris)

About the role

LOH is looking for a Junior Data Analyst to support its event and community initiatives. Working full‑time in a hybrid setting, you will collect, clean, and analyse data to help improve attendee experiences and drive strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain interactive dashboards to monitor event performance.
• Prepare regular reports on engagement metrics and audience behaviour.
• Design and support surveys and feedback forms.
• Identify trends, segment audiences, and provide actionable insights for event planning and marketing.
• Document data processes, ensure data quality, and communicate findings to non‑technical stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with basic knowledge of statistics and data modelling.
• Clear, concise communication skills for presenting insights.
• Detail‑oriented, organized and able to handle multiple data sources under tight deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Interest in professional networking, events, or community‑building; event or marketing analytics experience is a plus.
• Willingness to work hybrid in Paris and collaborate with a multicultural team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with spreadsheet tools such as Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience using at least one data‑visualisation tool (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio).
