About the role
UTAC is seeking a motivated Junior Business Development Manager to support the growth of its international portfolio in digital and sustainable mobility. You will work closely with key account managers and internal teams to identify new opportunities, nurture client relationships, and contribute to the company’s strategic expansion.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new market and customer targets to increase portfolio diversification.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through proposal, negotiation, and contract signing.
- Collaborate with Key Account Managers to ensure global consistency of offers.
- Conduct market research to provide intelligence on trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities.
- Maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with decision‑makers and represent UTAC at industry events.
- Coordinate internal resources to deliver timely and price‑competitive responses to RFQs/RFPs.
- Track leads, pipeline, and sales performance using Salesforce and prepare data‑driven reports.
Required profile
- Recent graduate or up to 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer‑focused attitude.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a cross‑functional international team.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Salesforce for lead and pipeline management.
