IT Engineer

About the role

Alan is looking for an IT Engineer to help build and own the internal technology platform that powers every employee experience. You will work on identity and provisioning, endpoint and SaaS security, and the automation that keeps IT scalable as the company grows.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automation for internal provisioning (Alan Home) and help‑desk workflows.
• Manage onboarding/off‑boarding pipelines, SaaS provisioning flows, and meeting‑room AV/room‑booking platforms.
• Own the employee lifecycle across Google Workspace, SSO/SAML and the broader SaaS ecosystem.
• Implement role‑based access models, conduct access reviews, and provide audit evidence.
• Handle SaaS procurement, license management, vendor relationships and cost optimisation.
• Administer the Mac fleet using Kandji, enforce role‑based blueprints and fleet compliance.
• Maintain Cloudflare WARP, SaaS security controls and drive ISO 27001 certification, ACPR and pentest remediation.

Required profile

• Strong interest in building internal platforms and automation.
• Ability to work across multiple domains (identity, security, endpoint management).
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on reliability and auditability.
