Investment Analyst Intern – Private Equity

About the role

Lauxera, a transatlantic private equity firm focused on healthtech, is looking for a motivated Investment Analyst Intern to join its Paris investment team. The four- to six‑month internship starts in September and offers full exposure to the entire investment cycle, from sourcing deals to monitoring portfolio companies.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and screen potential healthtech investments across Europe and North America.
• Research market trends, value chains, and competitive dynamics to build investment theses.
• Attend industry conferences and trade shows to build relationships with entrepreneurs and operators.
• Conduct financial modeling and valuation analyses for target companies.
• Participate in meetings with target companies, coordinate with external advisors, and prepare materials for investment committee reviews.
• Attend investment committee sessions and contribute insights.

Required profile

• Available to start in September for a 4‑ to 6‑month internship in Paris.
• Strong interest in private equity and healthtech sectors.
• Ability to work on multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
