International Tax Advisor

About the role

CEVA Logistics is seeking a Global International Tax Advisor to join its Global Tax Department at the headquarters in Marseille. The role supports worldwide tax restructurings, tax initiatives, and local tax compliance, aligning tax strategies with the Group’s commercial and strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement global tax strategies to reduce the Group’s effective tax rate and cash tax position.
• Identify direct tax optimization opportunities and contribute to a sustainable global tax structure.
• Participate in M&A-related tax activities, including due diligence and structuring.
• Monitor transfer pricing documentation, ensure compliance, and track international tax law developments.
• Identify and mitigate tax risks, manage multi‑country tax audits, and coordinate with external advisors.
• Provide tax advisory support to selected countries and business units, assisting with tax provisioning and deferred tax asset analysis.
• Lead and support the implementation of global tax structuring projects, ensuring coordination across stakeholders and geographies.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Tax Law, Fiscal Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in international tax advisory.
• Strong background in direct tax, transfer pricing, and cross‑border tax structuring.
• Proven ability to work on complex tax projects across multiple jurisdictions.
