In‑store Visual Merchandiser – Luxury Retail (Paris)

About the role

The Prada In‑store Visual Merchandiser is responsible for creating and maintaining high‑impact shop‑window and interior displays that reflect the brand’s luxury image and drive sales. Working closely with the headquarters Visual Merchandising and Retail Merchandising teams, you will translate global guidelines into compelling local presentations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain daily fit‑outs of store windows and interiors, adapting them to sales trends, market specifics and competitor activity.
• Implement changes in line with HQ Visual Merchandising guidelines and coordinate with Retail Merchandising to boost customer traffic.
• Provide guidance to Store and Category Managers on visual standards for their departments.
• Train store staff on basic visual merchandising principles.
• Capture and send regular photos of displays to HQ for feedback and adjustments.
• Monitor store interiors, visual props and display elements, ensuring proper maintenance, replenishment or disposal.
• Collaborate with HQ Communication & PR for in‑store events and press presentations.

Required profile

• Solid experience in visual merchandising, preferably within department‑store or luxury retail environments.
• Strong understanding of luxury products, clientele and market dynamics.
• Autonomous, rigorous, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent in French and English; additional languages are a plus.
