About the role

The Head of Talents & Influence will shape and execute the global strategy for talent partnerships and influencer marketing, positioning the Maison at the forefront of the fashion industry. This senior role requires deep industry connections, a strong grasp of digital influence, and the ability to create high‑impact collaborations that boost brand visibility and desirability.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and lead the global talent and influencer strategy, ensuring alignment with brand identity.
• Identify, secure, and negotiate partnerships with high‑profile celebrities, digital influencers, creatives and cultural figures.
• Oversee talent participation in fashion campaigns, lookbooks, runway shows, brand events and content collaborations.
• Build and nurture long‑term, authentic relationships with talent and their communities.
• Design, manage and execute a global gifting and seeding program.
• Maintain and expand a network of talent agents, publicists and industry professionals.
• Define KPIs, track ROI and provide performance reports on influencer campaigns.
• Manage a global budget, monitor spend and ensure financial efficiency.
• Adapt the global strategy to local market needs while preserving creative vision.
• Collaborate closely with PR, marketing and creative teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.

Required profile

• Extensive network within the fashion, entertainment and digital influencer ecosystems.
• Proven experience in leading talent or influencer marketing initiatives at a global scale.
• Strong negotiation skills and experience managing contracts for high‑profile collaborations.
• Ability to translate brand values into authentic partnerships and compelling storytelling.
• Strategic thinker with a data‑driven mindset for measuring campaign impact.
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration abilities.
