Head of Talent Acquisition

About the role

Joko is looking for a Head of Talent Acquisition to lead its global hiring strategy as the company expands internationally, especially into the US market. You will shape the talent acquisition function, build high‑performing teams and ensure the company attracts the best talent to power its AI‑driven shopping assistant.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a scalable talent acquisition strategy aligned with Joko’s growth objectives.
• Lead, mentor and expand the internal Talent team across Paris, Barcelona, New York and remote locations.
• Partner with senior leadership to understand hiring needs and translate them into effective recruitment plans.
• Oversee employer branding, candidate experience and diversity & inclusion initiatives.
• Implement data‑driven recruitment processes, metrics and continuous improvement practices.
• Manage relationships with external recruiting partners and technology providers.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading talent acquisition functions in fast‑growing tech companies.
• Track record of scaling hiring across multiple geographies, including the US.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
