Growth Manager – Remote SaaS

About the role

GojiberryAI is looking for its first Growth Operator in Europe to turn rapid early traction into a scalable growth engine. You will work directly with the founders, own end‑to‑end growth experiments, and build AI‑powered systems that drive qualified pipeline and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Launch and iterate acquisition channels across LinkedIn, outbound, communities, partnerships, content, Reddit, YouTube, AI‑SEO, and paid media.
• Collaborate with founders to scale organic growth loops and multi‑platform distribution.
• Track and own the pipeline and revenue impact of each experiment, focusing on business outcomes over vanity metrics.
• Design and implement AI‑driven workflows using Claude, ChatGPT, scraping tools, automation platforms, enrichment systems, and AI agents.
• Identify onboarding friction, objections, and drop‑off points to feed product feedback loops.
• Document winning playbooks, prompts, acquisition flows, and repeatable experiments as the company scales.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in Growth, Demand Generation, Founder‑led Growth, or Growth Marketing within a high‑growth SaaS environment.
• Fluent or native English with a strong grasp of B2B SaaS growth mechanics.
• Proven track record of driving pipeline, user acquisition, or revenue growth.
• Daily comfort using AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT.
• Analytical mindset, fast execution speed, and ability to work autonomously.
