About the role

We are seeking a passionate Graphic Designer to translate beauty and innovation into powerful visual assets for our global brands. Based in Paris, you will work with cross‑functional teams to create compelling storytelling visuals that support marketing initiatives across beauty, home, and nutrition categories.

Key responsibilities

• Design impactful visuals for beauty and home marketing projects.
• Create and evolve PowerPoint templates for global marketing teams.
• Produce static, video, and AI‑generated creative assets.
• Translate strategic ideas into clear, premium storytelling visuals.
• Ensure brand consistency across formats and regions.
• Explore new tools and AI technologies to elevate creative standards.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in design, branding, or FMCG/beauty environments.
• Strong mastery of PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, and design systems.
• Proven ability to create PPT templates, video, and AI‑generated assets.
• Clear communication skills and ease working in global, cross‑functional teams.
• Fluency in English and a proactive, delivery‑focused mindset.
