Global Accounting Director

About the role

ANINE BING is seeking a Global Accounting Director to join its Finance team in Paris. Reporting to the CFO, you will shape the company’s accounting and tax function across multiple countries while supporting its rapid international growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the global accounting close (monthly, quarterly, annual) for entities in France, the UK, the US and other EU markets, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and compliance with local GAAP and international standards.
• Define and maintain group accounting policies, internal controls and chart of accounts; oversee consolidation, inter‑company reconciliations and harmonisation.
• Manage all corporate tax matters – corporate income tax, VAT, transfer pricing, withholding tax and international tax structuring – in coordination with external counsel.
• Supervise statutory audits, annual filings and act as the main liaison with auditors, tax authorities and the China‑based advisor.
• Build and lead an internal accounting team, progressively bringing in‑house processes currently outsourced.
• Drive Finance × IT initiatives such as AP automation, ERP structuring and other cross‑functional transformation projects.
• Partner with the CFO and Head of Finance on cash management, treasury operations and financial reporting to leadership and shareholders.

Required profile

• Senior finance leader with strong hands‑on experience in accounting and tax.
• Strategic thinker with a business‑oriented mindset and proven project‑management capabilities.
• Comfortable working in a creative, performance‑driven environment and acting as a true business partner.
• Experience managing multi‑entity, international accounting functions.
