About the role
As the Store Manager you will own the performance of the Giverny Under Armour store, driving sales, leading a team and delivering the brand’s signature customer experience. You will be responsible for all aspects of merchandising, operations and people management, ensuring the store meets its financial and service targets.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Analyze daily sales data and trends to make real‑time business decisions.
- Drive performance through excellent customer service, inventory control and store presentation.
- Utilise omni‑channel tools such as data capture and endless aisle to build customer loyalty.
- Oversee merchandise handling, shipments, floor sets, markdowns and replenishment.
- Ensure compliance with store audit, loss‑prevention and shrink targets.
- Manage payroll, scheduling and productivity to meet payroll and sales goals.
- Maintain a safe, clean and organized sales floor, cash wrap and fitting rooms.
- Recruit, hire, develop and retain high‑performing teammates.
- Lead the management team using performance‑management tools and core competencies.
Required profile
- Fluency in the local language and basic verbal and written English.
- Ability to interpret analytics and metrics.
- Knowledge of local employment laws and compliance requirements.
- Advanced interpersonal and time‑management skills.
- Strong problem‑solving ability using logic and reason.
