Full Stack Data Engineer

About the role

Join Alan’s Data Team to help shape the future of preventive health insurance. As a Full Stack Data Engineer you will work on end‑to‑end data solutions that turn raw health consumption data into actionable insights for members, product teams and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain data pipelines using Airflow and Snowflake.
• Develop analytical queries and dashboards in SQL and Metabase to surface usage patterns.
• Collaborate with product, science and engineering peers to create data‑driven features that improve member health outcomes.
• Automate reimbursement processes and support the sales team with data‑enabled performance visibility.
• Own the data infrastructure, ensuring reliability, scalability and data quality.

Required profile

• Passionate about solving ambitious problems with simple, robust solutions.
• Proven impact in a previous data‑focused role (analytics, engineering or science).
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
