Financial Controller – FP&A & Operational Controlling

About the role

Voodoo is seeking a Financial Controller with strong FP&A experience to support the company’s rapid growth. You will join a small, high‑performing finance team and become a key business partner for operational units, helping to analyse performance, control costs and shape financial strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Operational controlling and cost control for staff costs across the group and a flagship app (e.g., Wizz, Blitz, BeReal).
• Design and deliver analytical dashboards for the Executive Committee and operational teams.
• Analyse monthly operational performance and provide data‑driven insights.
• Support cost variance analysis and define cost allocation rules.
• Maintain cost centers in SAP and ensure correct cost attribution.
• Lead monthly budget reviews with business units and produce budget reporting.
• Participate in annual budget development, monthly re‑forecasts and corporate financial reporting.
• Contribute to corporate projects such as fundraising and acquisitions.
• Improve monitoring and reporting tools to automate routine processes.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Finance or equivalent.
• 3‑5 years of experience in financial controlling at a large company or audit at a Big 4 firm.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with large data sets.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel (automated decision tools, sensitivity tables).
• Experience with SAP for cost‑center management.
