Financial Accounting & Reporting Analyst

About the role

We are partnering with a leading international organisation to strengthen its Group Finance team in Rueil-Malmaison. The Financial Accounting & Reporting Analyst will support quarterly reporting, IFRS compliance, and strategic finance projects across a global network.

Key responsibilities

• Produce and oversee quarterly financial reporting activities.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with Group policies and IFRS standards.
• Support regulatory reporting and statutory compliance requirements.
• Assist with consolidation activities and integration of new entities.
• Maintain IFRS chart of accounts structures and support subsidiary creation, capital increases, mergers and liquidations.
• Monitor IFRS regulatory developments and assess business impact.
• Contribute to Group Finance transformation and strategic projects.
• Collaborate with finance teams in France and other international regions.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in accounting or financial analysis.
• Background in banking, financial services or an international corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS standards and financial reporting.
• Advanced Excel capability.
• Experience with regulatory reporting activities.
• Professional English communication skills.
• Analytical thinking, attention to detail and strong organisational abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in international, cross‑functional teams.
