Field Service Technician (Male/Female)

About the role

The Field Service Technician will work on‑site at customer locations to install, commission, maintain and optimise Serac machines. You will act as the main technical liaison between the customer and the project team, ensuring safety, quality and timely delivery of services.

Key responsibilities

• Perform on‑site interventions, following project orders, safety procedures and customer requirements.
• Install and commission new machines, conduct Site Acceptance Tests and update technical documentation.
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance, performance audits and machine upgrades.
• Install, set‑up and commission tooling such as bottles and caps, and document the process.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues both remotely and on‑site, providing technical assistance to operators and maintenance teams.
• Lead small teams of engineers, workshop staff and external partners during complex projects.
• Prepare detailed daily reports, intervention records and expense documentation for the Project Manager.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of industrial machinery installation, commissioning and maintenance.
• Ability to work safely with personal protective equipment and adhere to customer safety protocols.
• Excellent organizational skills to plan tasks, manage documentation and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in conducting Site Acceptance Tests and delivering technical training on‑site.
