ERP Deployment Project Manager – Finance (Sage X3)

About the role

Arago is seeking an ERP Deployment Project Manager to lead the finance implementation of Sage X3 as part of a major ERP transformation program. The role is based in Bordeaux and will focus on delivering a successful go‑live, followed by post‑implementation monitoring and international rollout.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Sage X3 finance go‑live and ensure a secure transition to production.
• Manage the post‑go‑live run, handling incidents, stabilization, and continuous monitoring.
• Oversee the implementation and stabilization of interfaces between operational tools and finance systems.
• Structure and coordinate the multi‑country rollout once the core system is stabilized.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including finance, IT, business units, and system integrators.
• Monitor risks, costs, timelines, and deliverable quality throughout the project.
• Drive change management activities and support user adoption.

Required profile

• Proven experience in ERP deployment, preferably Sage X3 or a comparable solution.
• Strong understanding of finance processes, operational flows, and system interfaces.
• Experience managing complex, multi‑entity go‑lives and stabilization phases.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Pragmatic, results‑oriented approach with excellent interpersonal skills.
