Entry-Level Financial Analyst – Junior Associate

About the role

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail‑oriented Financial Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, forecasting, and business performance analysis. This entry‑level position offers exposure to corporate finance, financial modeling, and strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing financial reports and management presentations.
• Analyze performance trends, monitor budgets, and conduct variance analysis.
• Maintain and update financial models, profitability analyses, and dashboards.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and support budgeting and planning processes.
• Contribute to process‑improvement initiatives to enhance reporting efficiency and data accuracy.
• Respond to ad‑hoc analysis requests and research market or business trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving abilities, and high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Proactive mindset with intellectual curiosity and ability to manage multiple assignments.
