Entry-Level Data Analyst (Junior)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated, detail‑oriented Data Analyst to support data‑driven decision‑making across the organization. This entry‑level position is ideal for candidates who enjoy turning raw data into actionable insights that help achieve business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources for reporting and analysis.
• Perform data validation, quality checks, and basic statistical analysis.
• Create and maintain dashboards and visual reports using BI tools.
• Support ad‑hoc reporting requests and assist stakeholders in interpreting findings.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand reporting needs and improve data processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Proactive learning mindset and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Good organizational and time‑management capabilities.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• SQL for querying and managing data (advantage).
• Data‑visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker (advantage).
• Basic knowledge of Python or R for data analysis (advantage).
