End-User Technology Engineer – Paris

About the role

As an End-User Technology Engineer at ANZ, you will deliver critical end‑user technology support to senior executives, market‑facing users and Institutional teams across ANZ Europe, the Paris branch and other European locations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide senior onsite and remote end‑user technology support to executives, market‑facing users and Institutional teams.
• Act as the local technology escalation point, ensuring incidents, requests and technology issues are managed effectively and resolved promptly.
• Partner with Technology, Information Security, Risk, Operations and business stakeholders to support service and control requirements.
• Support technology improvement initiatives such as laptop upgrades, mobility enhancements, software deployments and information‑security uplift activities.
• Assist with implementation of technology‑related regulatory changes, ensuring compliance, audit readiness and proper documentation.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience providing end‑user technology support within a regulated financial services environment.
• Proven ability to support senior executives and business‑critical operations.
• Strong knowledge of desktop support, mobile technologies, collaboration tools, ServiceNow, ITIL practices and incident management processes.
• Experience with technology improvement projects and regulatory compliance initiatives.
