About the role

We are looking for a motivated Food Service Employee to join our Eurest catering team in France. The position focuses on dessert production and plating, supporting the overall service of a 280‑seat lunch operation.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, produce, and plate desserts according to menu specifications.
• Set up product stations and ensure continuous replenishment throughout service.
• Assist with hot meal service, cash‑register duties, and guest interaction when needed.
• Participate in dishwashing and cleaning tasks to maintain a tidy work environment.
• Follow HACCP, hygiene, and safety standards at all times.

Required profile

• Strong sense of service and teamwork.
• Organised, motivated and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Good communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.

Required skills

• Knowledge of HACCP food safety regulations.

• Permanent contract (35 hours/week) with a schedule of 7 am – 3 pm, Monday to Friday.
