Education Manager – Europe

About the role

Hourglass Cosmetics is seeking an Education Manager to lead training and education initiatives across Europe. The role focuses on elevating artistry skills, driving brand consistency, and inspiring passion for the luxury, vegan beauty brand.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver high‑level training programs for market and field teams, developing skilled Retail Artists.
• Collaborate with the Global Education & Artistry Development team to create looks, techniques, and service experiences that reflect the Hourglass aesthetic.
• Partner with EU markets to identify development opportunities and support new market and store openings.
• Plan, execute, and monitor store events, masterclasses, and special programming within budget and regional objectives.
• Track training progress, KPI performance, and store compliance; generate post‑event and post‑campaign reports.
• Conduct regular store visits to coach teams, assess artistry knowledge, and address skill gaps.

Required profile

• Strong background in luxury brand artistry and retail education.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with a passion for developing team skills.
• Experience managing multi‑market training initiatives and events.

• Familiarity with e‑learning platforms (e.g., Ed App).
