Customer Education Manager – SaaS Learning & Enablement

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Education Manager to own the learning journey across the Shiftmove portfolio. You will turn complex product features into clear, engaging educational experiences that drive adoption for customers and empower internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and launch educational pathways that convert new users into power users and reduce friction.
• Create high‑impact resources such as guides, video tutorials, FAQs and documentation.
• Lead onboarding and continuous training for Shiftmove employees, ensuring product expertise.
• Structure and optimise content for internal knowledge bases and AI‑driven support tools.
• Collaborate with Product, Customer Success and Support to deliver education for every new feature release.

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer education or enablement within a fast‑paced SaaS environment.
• Strong ability to translate technical features into simple, pedagogical content.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and building processes from scratch.
• Native‑level French and professional English proficiency.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Learning Management System (LMS) platforms.
• Video editing tools.
• Documentation and content authoring software.
• Experience with AI‑driven content optimisation.
